Consult a Loan Officer
First, we’ll get you on the phone with one of our licensed loan officers. They’ll ask you some basic questions to find out what you’re looking for. From there, they’ll determine the best path for you to take, whether that’s pre-qualification, pre-approval, or a mortgage application.
Find Your Home
Time to get shopping. If you’ve already begun your home search, great. If not, this is the perfect time to get started and find the home that’s right for you. If you need help finding a real estate agent, we can connect you with one of our preferred partners.
Provide Your Info
Tell us a little more about yourself and what you’re looking for. Then, we’ll collect your property details, run your credit, and verify your income and assets so that once your offer is accepted, you’ll be three steps ahead. Investing a little more time up front will save you time throughout the process.
Compare Options & Lock Your Loan
At this point, you’ll review your loan options to pick the one that’s best for you. Your loan officer can help you compare rate quotes to help you make the right selection. We’ll also set a lock period, secure your rate, and schedule your home appraisal and/or inspection. At this time, your loan will be assigned to a processor who will get your loan to the finish line.
Submit Documentation
We’ll need some additional information to complete your loan application. Most of this part of the process will be digital! You’ll provide tax returns, pay stubs, identification, and more that we will verify to ensure you’re getting the best loan for your needs.
Processing
Sit tight as we perform rigorous checks to ensure you’re getting the best loan possible. Your processor will submit your loan to underwriting and issue your Conditional Approval Letter. Once your loan is final approved, you’ll schedule a closing appointment to sign the final documents. We’ll keep you up to date on where your loan is in the process every step of the way.
The Closing Table
At least three business days before the closing date, we’ll send you a Closing Disclosure for you to review and sign. At the closing table, bring your ID and the necessary funds to complete the transaction. Your closing package will be waiting for you to review with an attorney or notary and sign on the dotted line.
